We are thankful for tax-deductible donations of any amount. Every dollar donated to PDF goes directly to our grant program. Because of the support offered by Planet Dog, the Foundation's overhead is nearly non-existent and administrative costs are kept to a minimum. Join Us At One Of Our Events
We host several annual events in and around Portland, ME to help raise money for our grants. These fun-filled, dog-friendly events help us to spread the word about the value that dogs offer in a variety of settings while also allowing our neighbors to show their support. Create a Tribute
Our Tribute Program provides a meaningful way to celebrate your four-legged friend while giving back to other dogs who give so much. Donations can be made in honor of your pet or that of a loved one. You may give in memory of a pet or to celebrate something a dog has accomplished. Perhaps your dog has recently been certified as a therapy dog. Maybe you just adopted it from a shelter and want to celebrate the beginning of its new life. Maybe your dog finally mastered the agility course. There are many milestones in your pet's life and with a contribution of any size, you can share their stories with the world. To donate through the Tribute Program online, click here.
If you are donating online please specify "TRIBUTE" in the "Designation" section of the online form. Include your email address and phone number and we will contact you for the images and copy you'd like to use for your tribute.
If you are mailing a form in please complete the printed form, include any images and copy you would like to use as well as your contact information and mail it all, including the form, to:
